Am I required to purchase an image I had taken at a show?

A.

The fact that you have either called the photographer to the ring, or brought your dog to the backdrop, means that you want a photo. We, therefore, expect you to purchase that photo or digital image. If you or your agent requests a photo, that is in fact a verbal agreement between us. If you do not really want a photo, please do not have one taken.

What if I don’t have access to a computer or just want my photo sent?

A.

We can continue to just send your photo, however payment in advance is required. You can use a credit card at the show or request that one be kept on file for you. You may also pay cash or check at the show. If you were not able to see us at the show, you may email us or call the office with your credit card information.

How long will images remain online?

A.

Images will be online for one year. Images taken that do not appear online can still be purchased. We have images from as far back as July 2007 are still available for purchase.

What if the sign is incorrect in my photo or a judge needs to be added?

A.

There is a place to add a note on the check out page. On the right side of the form it says: additional information below there is a box to include any comments, requests, additions or corrections needed. Please include the reorder number (which is located under each image) that you are referring to.

What if I have a previous balance?

A.


Any previous balance must be paid in full before a new image may be obtained. In order to find out how much your balance due is contact the office by email at meliaphotography@cox.net or phone 402-331-5071. Office hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Messages left by 4:00PM will be returned that day, after 5:00PM we will call back the next business day.

How quickly can I get a digital image?

A.

Once the images appear online, providing you do not have a previous balance due, your digital file can be sent the same day if ordered by 2:00 PM central time. Any digital order placed after 2:00 PM will be sent out the next business day.

How soon will my prints be mailed?

A.

We will process orders as they are received. Our goal is to get prints mailed with in a 2 week time frame.

How quickly will the photos be uploaded from the shows?

A.

It depends on the size of the show, we will get images up on the website as quickly as possible.
